The University of Strasbourg is implementing dematerialization of vouchers as part of students' enrollment / re-registration as of the start of the 2017/2018 academic year. This dematerialization can only be done if the student carries out his actions entirely online
In order for doctoral students to be able to complete their work online pre-registration files in AMETHIS must be validated :
Re-registration in PhD : from 29/05 to 15/09/24
Registrations for the 1st year are possibles until April 15, 2025
Registration is done in 2 steps :
This first step consists of the pedagogical validation of your application by the Doctoral School. The modalities differ according to the year of registration and are indicated at the bottom of this page.
Campaign : The 2024 - 2025 registration campaign
Procedure : Access to the application : AMETHIS via l'application
Important : The email addresses used for this application are exclusively addresses @etu.unistra.fr for doctoral students in re-enrollment and @unistra.fr for teachers, teacher-researchers
1st year :
This approach is only valid if the future doctoral student has already made contact with a thesis director and holds a French MASTER diploma or has already obtained an exemption from this diploma by the doctoral school.
Re-registration :
You will be able to proceed to the next step and make your administrative registration only after having received an email from the ESDC secretariat informing you of the pedagogical validation of your file.
"Doctoral enrollment is pronounced by the head of school on the proposal of the director of the doctoral school after consulting the thesis director and the director of the research unit in which the thesis will be prepared" (decree of May 25 2016 on doctoral training). The school head is the president of the university.
Administrative registration for a doctorate is carried out as soon as the AMETHIS application informs you by e-mail of the validation of your pedagogical file. You will then be able to file online the supporting documents requested during your administrative registration and to follow the progress of the processing of your file on the new PJWEB digital service..
For re-registrations: from June 25th to September 30th, 2024
